Gozaik is a close-knit team. We spend alot of our days working together in the conference room so we can bounce ideas off eachother easily, rather than working alone at our desks. It's a casual environment so employees can wear jeans, sneakers, sweatshirts, or whatever they would like. There are always snacks and drinks stocked in the kitchen, and we try to do a company breakfast every friday morning. Gozaik is a mix of young talent and highly experienced employees, so it's a great place to join early and grow, or join and share your knowledge.
Cons
Gozaik is a start-up so things can get a little crazy at times. One moment you can be working on one thing, the next your working on something entirely different that may not necessarily be part of your "job description". Some people may find that to be a turn off, but I personally like having days that are unpredictable and always changing. It keeps you on your toes and you don't ever get bored!
