reliable catering company that offers plenty of shifts during the busy season. gives the right people a chance to be leaders.

Cons

sometimes the captains don’t do right by the waiters and it’s hard to get anywhere even if you advocate for yourself. Bookings can be rigid and not too helpful in assuring that you can still work or go to another gig if your availability changes even by 30 min.

Lots of work if you know what you're doing and vigilant.

Cons

Accepting shifts in time is like the hunger games they disappear as soon as they go out. Extremely disappointing approach to booking and it's costing them talent.
