      Pros

      I am a new Green Ridge employee but have been very impressed with the people and culture here. Coming here from my last workplace was a breath of fresh air and it's amazing how much better you can work in a positive environment.

      Cons

      Long lead times for projects means it can take a while to earn bonuses while you build a book of business, but it does become a rolling commission paycheck if you stick with it

      Pros

      Passionate about what we are promoting to our customers and going green. Owners are hands on and care about everyone one the team and providing a great product and information to customers. Great leadership, support, encouragement, compassion, caring, generous, and fun! Management takes great care of their individual team are open to discuss issues, ideas, etc. Great wages and benefits are offered and fun team activities throughout the year.

      Cons

      There is nothing negative about working at Green Ridge Solar. Its an upbeat, positive place to work.
