Pros
One of the most interesting places you will ever work for. The colleagues are super nice and friendly and the trips to the head office in Germany is one of the best experiences you will ever have!
Cons
Management for the UK finance department broke down. Proper training was rarely provided making it a stressful environment. Constant nitpicking, omission of details when asked to do a task and blame for work errors (from before I joined). Long periods of absence from finance manager (two months). Sometimes it can be isolating as you may be the only one in the office.
