Pros

Remote work and multiple offices in the world

Cons

Still not a lot of structure. The executive level is majority men. They are lacking diversity in their leadership.

Pros

Great location. Enthusiastic young international team. Overall great people and environment to work in. Always lots to do and learn. High paced but high energy and fulfillment. Given much responsibility and chances to take charge and give input, which I think is a good thing. Smart and driven founder who listens to his employees. Community feeling and culture fostered through weekly stand ups and team lunches in the park. Overall a great internship experience.

Cons

Sometimes communication wasn't super clear, but this has been resolved mostly with the addition of new systems and platforms. Sometimes felt a bit unsure of my role and what was expected of me. Pay was very low, but Berlin is quite cheap so its sufficient.
