    The ability to work remotely, they usually have awesome team leaders, everyone is super friendly and wants to help.

    Cons

    If your team leader isn’t willing to answer questions or give guidance and encouragement, it makes all the difference. They can’t prepare you for everything but special situations always come along and sometimes you need to check with your team leader that you’re filling out the forms the right way.     the option to work remotely or in the office. flexible schedule. positive work space, co-workers are awesome!

    immediate supervisors are generally new to management. the atmosphere can be cliquey.

    GuildQuality is a phenomenal place to work! Great people, great office, lots of potential to grow and a great long term outlook.

    Cons

    Very few, the traffic on Armour Drive can get pretty bad though.

    Pros

    I love being able to work from home!! This job is perfect for a stay at home mother, college student, or a 2nd job. We make our own schedules weekly and are allowed to do so within 15 minutes increments, as long as it's an hour or more at a time (example 2:15-4:30). This allows for you to work as much time as you would like and still make it to doctors appointments, school functions, or sports. The job is easy and you...

    Set your own schedule, be available for your family, opportunity to grow. ROWE - Results Only Work Environment, meaning you are in charge of your destiny with this company. If you don't work, it shows and if you work hard, it shows. It takes a lot of self-discipline to work remotely, and be rewarded the freedoms that we have.     As of late, GuildQuality has not been the same. With their new system, they expect their seniors to attain impossible statistics. The statistic expectations were clearly made by someone who does not actually survey, or understand what it is like surveying in their new system.     Advice to Management

    A year ago this was a happy, positive work environment. The events of the last 3-6 months paint a different picture of GQ which is unfortunate. Many of us loved this job before these recent events. The surveyors are a vital part of the company and their opinions and beliefs are being put on the back burner, which makes me wonder about the future of GQ.
