      -Well respected company -Lots of design reviews and internal collaboration

      -Under-resourced HR department (1 person) to adequately address employee needs —Company underwent broad scale lay-offs so that was terrible for morale - Lack of direction giving and support from senior management - large open plan studio, whilst beautiful, can feel very exposed offering no privacy
