Pros
None to speak of. The whole company was a cover for illegal operations. The business was shut down by the state of Tennessee then re-licensed after the owner paid-off Tom Ingram the Governor's lobbyist. They are currently in huge court battles with their own insurance companies for fraud. They are well protected by the Knoxville Chamber of commerce (the den of thieves' headquarters headed the Haslam administration).
Cons
Everything could say negative about a business. Just Google their name along with Haslam, Tom Ingram and insurance fraud.
