    Easy work, friendly people, tuition discounts, little work has to be taken home, time off with students, matching retirement funds

    Cons

    Low pay, minimum raises, expensive insurance, under qualified management, poor technology equipment, lack of urgency, no challenge, unmotivated workers, poor communication

    - Great experience, especially if you are grading for one the courses in your major

    Cons

    - Depending on the class, teacher, and amount of students, this job will definitely keep you busy so make sure to plan ahead

    Advice to Management

    - Make sure teachers always have rubrics ready for the grader to use

    I have been working at Harding University part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    It was great pay and great work. I spent most of my time with Teens and young adults. The work load was easy and the staff was always supportive of my mental, physical, and spiritual health.

    Cons

    sometimes I had to clean the bathrooms of students who left school or were expelled.

    Advice to Management

    Continue being awesome!
