I worked at Harrison Clark Rickerbys full-time

    Pros

Company benefits such as subsidised gym membership, paid bank holidays, life insurance etc.

    Cons

Poor management. No team work at all. Treats support staff like slaves and expect them to do work beyond their job description and what they're paid for. Unfair career progression

    Advice to Management

Review head of departments and solicitors. Sometimes it's mostly the secretaries that do their work for them.

    Pros

Interesting work, no days the same

    Cons

Support staff treated unfairly. Work incredibly long hours for very little pay. Hierarchy within the firm unhealthy. No progression unless going down training contract route.

    Advice to Management

Treat all people with respect no matter the pay grade. This isn't 'Devil's Wear Prada', expecting staff to pick up dry cleaning and print out holiday snaps is not part of their job description
