      -Great culture - people are down to earth but not afraid to work hard or give honest feedback -Flexibility / trust - as long as you get your work done, nobody cares how long you are in the office -Solid product and business outlook - actually improving the lives of patients everyday, sometimes literally saving lives

      -Growth / scale have been challenging, mostly due to overall industry

      Pros

      The people who work here are genuinely happy to come in to the office everyday. Everyone is helpful and encouraging- they want you to succeed. Everyone is goal oriented and we work as team to improve patient care. Leadership wants you to grow personally and professionally, and they proactively help you to reach your goals. This is a great place to work if you want a rewarding purpose behind your day-to-day work and enjoy collaborating with like-minded people.

      Cons

      The office is located in Mountain View, so you may have to commute depending on where you live. It can be done, though!

      Pros

      HealthLoop has a great team and everyone is focused on empowering patients so that they can have the best outcome possible regardless of their health condition. Awesome culture and lots of freedom to explore interesting areas of healthcare.

      Cons

      Just like with any other healthcare startup, the growth rate is slow (but surely) and given the industry bureaucracy it takes a lot of time to get things done in a meaningful way.
