Very small company, so everyone knows your business. Very poor, indecisive management for such a small company. Benefits are weak, as well as the pay. Promised bonuses were paid whenever management felt like paying them as opposed to paying when initially stated.

Worst management ever who treat employees like trash. I agree with all the negative reviews posted here. Jim Dawson is the president & CEO of North America division & he is the most inept person in this company. He has his well trained higher level managers at his beck & call, who have no clue on how other companies are growing by using best practices. They all have a very closed mindset where new ideas are not to be voiced. It's either their way or highway. HR is equally pathetic with the senseless guidance they give to Jim. And they fire genuine hard working people who call out their stupidity & inability to have a long term view. They are absolute control fanatics. My sincere advice to anyone looking for a job is that these people are not worth your time. Run & don't look back.
