Working in the smaller office, the communication with the headquarters is really hard. The company needs to do a better job at bridging the communication gap and also making it better for work/life balance.

I would not recommend working for this company. The company does not value the experience of its employees or respect them. As a result, they hire people in upper management who have no experience and have no idea how to manage. Upper management ends up using their team as scapegoats for their own mistakes. They do not want employees to be proactive and ask people to stop bringing beneficial ideas to the table. There is also no direction given until the last minute when the goals given are almost impossible to reach. They have a large amount of turnover mostly because management cannot manage and they end up firing people because of the unattainable and non communicated monthly goals. This is a young startup where they expect you to work overtime but won’t value you. There is also very limited room for growth unless you start at the very bottom.
