We’d like to take the opportunity to clarify a couple of things:
- Promotion and growth in HeyOrca are not dependent on years of tenure but on merit.
- At HeyOrca, we believe in supporting and growing leaders internally. Some of the ways we do this are by providing support through formalized training and providing opportunities for role changes that align with the employee's growth aspirations and interests.
- Since 2019, we have been working with an independent HR firm for HR support and training for leaders and employees in the company. HR support is available to our employees at any time.
-Diversity and inclusion is important to us and we strive to hire people from diverse backgrounds. Though we still have room to improve in this area, we are proud of the number of minorities in the company and women in leadership positions.
