Primarily the CEO. They try to emphasis the whole 'we're a family' bit, but when push comes to shove this is not how they act. You will be pressured to work extra things or time that weren't in your agreed upon job description. CEO will say they are 'disappointed in you' when you don't follow through on their unreasonable ask. They don't know what they are doing when it comes to working with actual people and interpersonal issues. They do not have an in-house HR department. There is no one older with a large amount of experience in these things, it's a bunch of young adults grasping in the dark in something they have little to no experience in. Very unprofessional.
