The work can be a bit monotonous.

The owner(they currently have the wrong CEO listed as well. He is retured and now the other guy runs the place.) looks down women's shirts and takes female employees on dates during lunch breaks. Managers are useless and dony advocate for their employees. Pay is lacking and the expect you to work more than your pay rate as well. They load up your daily tasks and set unreasonable standards. I was fired with no warning and no counseling. I was told the next time I made a mistake I was gone. A year later I made a simple error and without even so much as a write up they fired me.
