    Cons

They can be a little childish when you are incompetent.... they took away the coffee machine when people were mad about not getting a bonus or raise one year....

I worked at High Tech full-time

    Pros

The people that worked there really cared about their students...many always had the students' best interest at heart.

    Cons

The cost of the education was not representative of what the student could make once they completed their degree or certificate, so in my eyes , this type of recruitment was unjust.

    Advice to Management

Communicate with your staff, lower tuition rates to help students achieve their goals but don't leave with unmanageable debt!
