* Many staff between the CEO and the ground are past their prime (which was their career spent in the gas generation business). * 15 years old; still no commercial revenue. * The tech just isn't proven (still) unlike the competitors. * Long tenured staff behave very badly and get away with murder. Too often the 'blind eye is turned' because their managers aren't good enough managers.

Poor management, constant change in strategy & direction, poor HR function, rife with nepotism, large pay gap between top tier management and everyone else, top heavy organisation, very poor employee benefits & no culture, fear-based employee development if any, most (not all) managers at higher level have no management skills, new CEO started off very inspirational and things started to look up for about 2 weeks, since then he has shown to be out of the same mould as the previous CEO - full of hot air and doesn't care much about the employees, office environment is becoming toxic, very high staff turnover due to the company consistently disapointing new joiners by not living up to expectations.
