Pros

The scheduling flexibility is one of the few positive aspects of working here. If you request time off in advance, management is usually accommodating and approves it whenever possible.

Cons

However, the work environment has significant challenges. There is a noticeable perception of favoritism among some coordinators, who appear to support certain employees more than others. This creates an inconsistent workplace where expectations and accountability are not applied equally. In some cases, employees who have close personal relationships with coordinators are held to different standards, which can negatively affect team morale and the overall work environment.

Pretty chill, perks are access to first dibs on the merchandise and the people are cool. 10% off is pretty sweet too.

Cons

Typical cashier job, so lots of standing on your feet and dealing with customers (who are mostly nice, just the few bad apples here and there).
