Pros

- Culture that prioritizes the work completed as opposed to the hours you're sitting on a bench. - Horizontal organizational structure where you reach out to anyone in the company through a simple message. This helps you move faster and not get caught up in pointless bureaucracy. - The upper management is mindful of your personal growth beyond just the growth of the company. - You are not just a cog in the machine, but a working professional with a voice. Side note: I primarily work from home due to personal restrictions. However, the HR team makes sure I get pizza home-delivered whenever they have a team outing. I cannot assure you the pizzas too, but it is an example of how much they care.

Cons

Since it is a growing startup: - - HR processes are still being formed and solidified. This leads to confusion sometimes. - Upper management is still directly involved in some projects. This can, at times, slow down progress.

Pros

The people at Hopstack are great to work with. They have a very knowledgeable engineering VP, a warm and friendly COO and a great mentor in the director of engineering. The work culture is good and they try to ensure that nobody is overburdened with the work.

Cons

There used to be a lot of customer support issues but these have drastically reduced
