Pros

you're working for a sports team and that has its perks. off season is slow so work/life balance is comfortable. attire is business casual so the work environment is structurally relaxed.

Cons

no one gets paid but upper management (Sr. officials, Directors, VPs, & Pres of depts). owner and CEO are cheap, they're willing to let go excellent talent & replace with a new grad that they can pay less or make an intern. all the key directors and higher ups all live in the same part of town and show favoritism to certain people like they're the popular kids in high school, which is how they run the organization, like a high school.

Pros

free tickets to games, some times to concerts, make people think you are in a great company, which is not. other than this I really can't think of any others

Cons

poor compensation, low work morale, management pretend they care for employees by doing some real cheap activities, like giving you free tickets. They can't sell them anyway.

Pros

- Opportunity to work with the team and community in an impactful way

Cons

- Treated employees like garbage - No room for growth - Pay was less than the cost of getting there - Long hours with no food breaks - Leadership was not down to earth in the slightest My advice is to stay away and get another job that pays a livable wage so that you can have the money to attend the games for fun. They promise the opportunity to network and move up in the ognanization but that is just a fairytale. It's a revolving door and even the very best employees who break their back for the job are not rewarded with pay increases, promotions, or any other type of recognition. The worst part is after seeing what was "being the curtain" there, I can't stand to watch the team anymore and I used to be a die-hard fan.
