They promise the opportunity to network and move up in the ognanization but that is just a fairytale. It's a revolving door and even the very best employees who break their back for the job are not rewarded with pay increases, promotions, or any other type of recognition. The worst part is after seeing what was "being the curtain" there, I can't stand to watch the team anymore and I used to be a die-hard fan.
