Pros
Flexibility to stay home, but that is basically it. Pay is below average. The office is too small.
Cons
Management doesn't know how to run a business and the founders never had a marketing agency clearly, basically the entire team is in leadership positions even though they're inexperienced, there's no formal HR process and they lie to people's faces about new contracts in a guise to fire them. Overall just straight up the most unprofessional toxic place I ever worked.
