      the customers, vendors,partners that you work with.

      shady, unethical, poor direction. doesn't pay what is owed. bad work life balance. over promise under-deliver.

      No on call no snow shoveling no weekends

      Cons

      There is a club of females and if you are male you are not getting promoted and will be stepped on by people who have no clue about maintenance.
