      Very long working hours. Join if you are homeless

      Pros

      Good atmosphere to work. Friendly co-workers. Good infrastructure and support facilities.

      Cons

      There is one major downside to working for this company and that is the long working hours. During the pressure period from Feb to June, August to September, November to December employees are put under tremendous work pressure with 13 hours of work everyday including Saturdays. This problem can be solved by hiring more but the greedy management wants to make more money. If you take even take leave if you are sick you job is threatened by the manager. In short there is zero work life balance.

      NO PROS NO PROS . NOTHING PROS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

      Work Life balance is totally messed up. To add to that specially in roles of mid level and senior level, there is no dignity of work and the top management, better to say the LEADER, humiliates the down level. There is a absolute fear psychosis that works in the managers and it is an extremely claustrophobic environment for mid level and senior level people. HOPELESS Organization..!!
