    good platform for self study and improve basics;

    Cons

    private university; lack of grant for research work

    Advice to Management

    should approach toward semi government which stable the staff and research funds

    Pros

    Working culture is really healthy at this place, and the best part of this profession is that after every year we have new faces and new challenges, so this job is never monotonous.

    Cons

    At times we are required to do non teaching wok as well.
