They treat expats very well, well organized, pay generously and on time, provide accommodation and transport to school, no more than 16-17 hours per week, most staff really friendly. The best school I have worked for so far.

too inflexible some times and need to consult trifle matters to get going. no leeway for own decision making
Motivated students, no bars, no shopping and nothing to spend your money on.
Cons
Principal and local staff no very little about current western education practices. Naypyidaw is an oppressively boring place, much like a massive parking lot, but controlled by terrorist militants.
