      Great work life balance, regular salary, additonal health insurance for all employees, Easter/Christmas rewards for all employees, stress free environment

      Cons

      Limited mobility within company/Group, barely any educations, little to no place for professional developement and career advance, atmosphere is depressing due to constant optimization/restructuring initiatives, high level of burreaucracy
