    Neutral Outlook

I worked at IPG Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of companies under the umbrella make for lots of opportunities to cross pollinate and collaborate, share resources

    Cons

There seemed to be a great reliance on one or another account to bring in a large % of revenue, and when account goes away, eg GM, layoffs

    Advice to Management

Keep up the work life balance. Improve the awareness of cross-pollination opportunities between member agencies, create some kind of mixer meetings

Former Employee - Community Manager in Medford, OR

I worked at IPG Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Steady paycheck and bonuses given

    Cons

Received a raise and the next year it was cut in half. Their reason was there were not as many park owned homes sold for the year. They take too long to decide to purchase a home for managers to sell. By the time they are approved most of the homes are gone.

    Advice to Management

Trust manager's opinions and move on good deals faster, especially when the homes are in great shape. They may need to hire an inspector or at least a contractor to look immediately after finding a potential home if that is what is needed.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at IPG Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Relaxed and casual when theres nothing going on - crazy time lunacy and shenanigans when its busy. good extracurricular benefits. Great vibe for the celebrity-minded.

    Cons

Too many celebrity-minded non-starters with "poser" focus. Lack of attention to empirical, production-proven process control in favor of "pseudo-teamwork" and "cross-collaboration"

    Advice to Management

Concentrate less on "perception" and appearances and more on processes and enforceable quality control.
