Pros

Stability, predictable, unique problem solving. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful, no matter who you are, from custodian to executive leadership.

Cons

Pay is too low. There is no budget for ergonomic items like keyboard, mouse, chair. But almost everyone has an electric standing desk.
