      Autonomy, responsibility, huge impact, large customers, OK health insurance.

      Cons

      No guidance or mentorship, constantly under pressure to hit deadlines, no work life balance, expected to be available anytime of the day, no benefits, unmaintainable code base, ignorant managers that repeat the same mistakes project after project and assign blame to the wrong people.
