I worked at InGenesis part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good Pay. No other Pros.

    Cons

Very cutthroat company. Treats employees as numbers. Zero loyalty towards employees. Hard to get ahold of at their corporate office and there rude when you do talk to someone.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect and as human beings. Focus your efforts on retaining employees instead of getting rid of them.

I have been working at InGenesis full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are some great people working very hard.

    Cons

No one has experience, Management is not worried about company image/reputation, Technology is 10+ years behind, the attitude toward clients is hostel, no consistency in ANYTHING

    Advice to Management

Pay attention, communicate to EVERYONE, just because you are "women owned" don't think the rest of management cares or understands what that means.

I have been working at InGenesis full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Cookies and snacks at Christmas...

    Cons

Horrible benefits - family medical runs $1,500 a month with a $10,000 annual deductible. They won't tell you the specifics until you been with them a couple of weeks, so too late to back out and keep searching. Most folks don't elect the health insurance because it is too expensive. Back biting and no support from managers is the norm.

    Advice to Management

What can you say, they must know how bad it is.

I worked at InGenesis full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, teleworking available, Office environment was suitable for work performed. Colleagues were very helpful and friendly. Manager always available even though she was not onsite.

    Cons

I didn't find the account handlers to be transparent about the contract terms. I never received an evaluation which is odd since I was employed over three years.

    Advice to Management

    Be more transparent with employees.
