After joining, the role is completely different from what is promised — instead of working on real data science projects, interns are assigned irrelevant tasks such as Excel work, documentation, and note-making. The overall work culture is unprofessional, with the founder and other department members communicating more like a BPO team rather than a technical or educational company. Non-technical departments like sales frequently interfere in the workspace, show unnecessary authority, and often use abusive or disrespectful language. There is no learning, no mentorship, and no respect across departments. Overall, the environment feels like a BPO setup disguised as an education company, making it one of the worst experiences for someone who genuinely wants to build a career in data science. My message to new members is simple: if you are looking for real growth, technical exposure, and a respectful work culture, avoid joining such organizations.
