Really no cons so far. The company is growing extremely fast which comes with its friction points, but if you work for start-ups, and think this is a con, that’s more ones lack of work ethic and desire to grow and learn new skills.

- Team is overall quite high-energy and ambitious about the goals and the mission, which creates a fun environment if you want to grow quickly and not be limited by small thinking. People with high agency and high drive will thrive here. - The product is differentiated and high-quality, and the vision / mission of the company is exciting and bold

Cons

- The high intensity is not for everyone. - Some of the processes and decision-making is still not mature enough which sometimes creates churn and having to undo things (the leadership team is getting more built out with experienced senior leaders so hopefully this will get better)
