Pros

No dress code and very lax attendance policy with reasonable pay. Very friendly coworkers and monthly parties. Opportunity to learn and practice new things.

Cons

Office politics impede the growth and survival of the company. No raises or promotions are really available in this seemingly flattened hierarchy. Many in development seem very inexperienced.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, although too much work to take advantage of it.

Cons

Crippling communication issues, management sanctioned hostile work environment, and misaligned leadership make working for Indigo a daily nightmare.

Pros

Unlimited PTO. Most of the employees are great to work with. You can be kept busy with a fast pace, ever changing environment. Very collaborative environment for developers.

Cons

The company is managed by a developer, and not a business person. The management that is left today is basically the only ones that will not push back against President. If you choose to make a decision that is right for the company, but doesn't make the President feel good, trouble is ahead. Pay raises for only developers and the founders of the company. If you are in one of the development groups then it is highly collaborative. Elsewhere you work in the dark. When a company fires the CEO because if his attempts to stop bleeding of personal and funds, tells you a great deal.
