Toxic environment with dehumanizing management
Pros
If you enjoy being treated like trash and less than a human being then this is a great job for you! And you will be a prisoner for 2 years as they make you sign a contract where if u leave the company before 2 years you have to pay them about $1500. Bail yourself outta jail! Better yet. Save yourself and work somewhere else. And if you don’t have kids lie and say u do as they favorite employees who have kids and give them guaranteed saturdays off.
Cons
Do not work here unless u are willing to be treated sub par and less than. You will be treated like garbage and they do not care about your wellbeing. Management will belittle you to the point of tears and will sit and watch you break down completely as a human. Extremely demeaning and dehumanizing.
