It's a paycheck, if you can keep your job.
Cons
The entire staff has turned over in the time the lab has been open (a little over a year), due to being fired. Apparently everyone is toxic except management. The focus is on making money. Patient care doesn't even make the top 5. Employees are passive-aggressive and managent micromanaged and manipulates.
