      Ambitious coworkers, everyone strive to make the company succeed. Feels like a start up and there is a lot of cretivity going on.

      Cons

      You are expected to always be there. Always fix, always answer, even if you are on vacation. Short staffed and burns people out. The highest management does not seem to care, and there is a bad rivalry with sister companies in other countries.
