    Negative Outlook

    I worked at InfoPro full-time

    Pros

There are some nice people who work there, but not in management

    Cons

Disorganized and chaotic working environment. Poor communication. High expectations from employees with little return for the employee in terms of training, promotion.

    Advice to Management

Get control of the company. Quit hiring consultants who are friends of management. Draft policies and processes and stick to them. Stop playing favorites with the staff.

I have been working at InfoPro full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    * Friendly environment * Flexible working (work from home once a week) * Central location (right next to Piccadilly Circus station)

    Cons

    * Can be quite loud/busy, thus, difficult to concentrate * Can feel quite crowded as several companies work on a single floor * Lack of facilities e.g. canteen, however, a lot of food outlets nearby etc.

    Advice to Management

None at present, however, I have only been working for over 2 months since writing this review.
