Pros

Work on multiple research projects. Great place for entry level experienced candidates.

Cons

Extreme micromanagers here. You clock into work by emailing upper management what you plan to do that day. You clock out of work by emailing upper management what you have completed. You will be criticized and monitored frequently in the labs or at your desk.

Pros

All of the engineers and administrative personnel who work here are incredibly nice, kind individuals. It was fun going out to lunch with everyone and we even hung out after work often.

Cons

Upper management has no regard for people's home lives and likes to blame rather than solve problems. They say 8am-5pm, but sometimes you may be there until 2am and they don't care about your other obligations.

Pros

The engineers, admins, and certain scientists. The only reason why people stay is because everyone can relate to how they feel about this company. They like to give opportunities to newly fresh grads.

Cons

If you want to live a long life, stay away. There's a lot of hazardous chemicals with limited safety protocols. Becareful of upper management and directors (especially in the bio department) because you will get micromanaged and blamed for experiments not working. You will start to question peoples backgrounds if you start working here. Like the other reviews, expect to stay late when projects deadlines hit and write AM/PM reports of what your day will be like.
