I have been working at Innocean full-time

    Pros

The work is challenging but it keeps me on my toes and in the end rewarding. The benefits are great, views are amazing, and the people are seriously awesome. I'm sure all departments vary, but I appreciate the flexibility of schedules when needed.

    Cons

This is more complaining than anything, but lots of stairs and walking between the buildings!

"If only the beach and cafe were enough"

    I worked at Innocean full-time

    Pros

As with any place or work, there will always be a handful of good people you are grateful to have had the privilege to work with. The benefits to full time employees are exemplary, the proximity to the beach, and full working cafe and barista.

    Cons

Management is laughingly inept, it takes several lawsuits for anybody to realize that most employees disagree with being abused on a regular basis at their place of work. The solutions put in place are sad facsimiles of what other organizations have successfully implemented. This organization operates like a small business, in a bad way. They are incapable of facilitating any clients other than the established two car companies, that are stakeholders to this organization. All clients are forced into the same business model as these two existing clients, which has been proven time and again, does not work.

    Advice to Management

Stop pretending to care, management is comprised of a conveyor belt of warm bodies imported from Korea. They will be replaced by another warm body after their tenure is up.

I worked at Innocean full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The location is great
    Cafe is wonderful
The people that are not senior leadership or in a role of power within a department are amazing and talented

    Cons

Where to start senior leadership is ran off of intimidation and fear just like all the other reviews you are reading department management for the most part is useless they are obviously not qualified. Just like other reviews that have stated, a certain person in the creative department is thee most manipulative and egotistical maniac which will be the demise of that agency. The agency has tons of potential and was a great place when I first started. Unfortunately it is not a fraction of resemblance from what it use to be.

    Advice to Management

Make changes to the places that you KNOW need change, or that agency will never recover

    I worked at Innocean full-time

    Pros

There are some good people. Free coffee.

    Cons

Harsh work environment, especially for mid and senior staff. C-suite micro-manages. Department heads have no support, with one of them in need of serious help. C-suite doesn’t address issues at all.

    Advice to Management

Address the issues. Hire inspirational leadership that will stand up for the people and help sell in great work. Get rid of the crazy elements.
