      Pros

      IP is a great place to work. I know administration works hard to make everyone happy and that isnt possible. But they do their best with a staff of over 100 employees. I just wish others would give IP the benefit of the doubt, I dont believe anything is done with bad intentions, but decisions needs to be made and sometimes it may upset some.

      Cons

      I think we give too much attention to the staff that are constantly unhappy with how the organization handles things.
