      Pros

      Flexible schedule, allows you to work remotely, good opportunity for advancement, fun group of employees to work with, high commission potential, management is good at taking feedback to improve processes, annual office events(BBQ, Christmas Party), Free Lunch Provided Every Thursday, and Dog Friendly Environment. Also got to work on a lot of different campaigns for some really big name, Fortune 500 B2B clients that kept the job interesting and provided some really good career experience & growth.

      Cons

      Some micro-management is expected, since it is a smaller company you wear a lot of hats and end up doing work in other areas outside your assigned role, changes can happen on a fly and have to adjust quickly,

      The location is in a good area

      Negative environment, lack of communication, people don't usually stick around for more than 3 months

      Pros

      InsideUp gives its employees an opportunity to learn and grow among one of the fastest growing companies in one of the coolest industries... Lots of freedom to be creative, always an exciting and dynamic environment- The energetic workforce is made up of a good balance of experienced pros and young prodigies- an overall awesome team.

      Cons

      Not too many cons- We're growing fast, and things move quickly.. so if you aren't used to the dynamic, fast-moving energy of a start-up, you might get left behind.
