I have been working at Integracore full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have worked on some great teams and some not so great teams; this team is a fantastic team! People are dedicated to doing quality work. Supervisors support their employees and foster a healthy work-life balance. People pull together when there's a problem to solve and there's very little drama. The environment is casual and the work performed is varied and interesting. It's been a wonderful place to work.

    Cons

You need to be ambitious enough to go out and find projects to do. They offer the flexibility for you to learn new things and discover ways to improve the business; but these do not come to you, you have to go get them. If you are used to having work fed to you then you may struggle here.

    Advice to Management

Maintain the casual easy-going work environment. Keep up the schedule flexibility that allows professional employees to balance their life. Continue fostering the culture of "work-family".

    Pros

Not on the floor picking or packing.

    Cons

The main schedulers get all of the hours and overtime. You will be sent home after a half of day if the work is complete. They will hire anyone and the pay is so low, you have no choice but to try and work 10 -12 hours a day just to receive a somewhat descent paycheck.

    Advice to Management

Ensure everyone is receiving the same amount of hours.

I worked at Integracore full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There really aren't any pros at all for this company.

    Cons

Horrible culture. You're literally hired to make people in charge feel superior and like own you and look down on you. Then you're fired. Every single day, someone is fired. And all of this in the mist of shipping packages to customers. Every day someone new who's never done this before works here. You are not entitled to have a life. I'm sorry, working 7 days a week 12hours a day is not normal, then you're threatened to be terminated if you leave and the work isn't complete. Lol!!!??? Are you serious? These people dedicate their life, they are giving you 150% of them. They deserve to be treated better. We are in a day where people read reviews. Not too many good ones for this company.

    Advice to Management

Introduce yourselves, get to know your employees, redirect the culture of firing. High turn over rates are not good for long term business.

I worked at Integracore full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No work ethic. You can do whatever you want. No one's watching you. Can work at ur own pace.

    Cons

It's a very open, company-wide "thing" that they pay well below the market. They seem to kind of take pride in it or something. It's very weird.
They have an awful work culture. There is no accountability. The CTO guy has been there for a long time and you can tell that he's checked out. He's never around and to make everyone else ok with that, he promotes this policy of just do whatever you want so it's a great place to learn at ur own pace. You will just never go anywhere because there's no where to go. It's a small I.T. dept of about 15 people.
Next, the office is actually in a warehouse that you share with migrant workers. It is dirty and it smells awful. You often have to wait to use the bathrooms which are unsanitary. It's gross. And also freezing cold. It is a warehouse after all.
Also, it's as far west as you can go in this valley. It's way out next to Kenicott mine!
    Wasn't a fun place.
Oh vacation starts at 2 weeks too. Crazy.

    Advice to Management

Get a new place for the non-warehouse workers to work that is clean and doesn't smell and is sanitary.
Pay at least what the market rate is, you might be able to keep some people.
Get with the times on vacation policy. At least 3 weeks, if not 4 for Developers.

I worked at Integracore full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Integracore is a place where you can gain great experience as you wear many hats and learn different aspects of the business. The people are great and help each other with knowledge and development.

    Cons

Poor work life balance, high pressure and stress with little reward. Upper management has forgotten the value of its employees and is blind to how hard employees have to work to stay afloat among turmoil. Hard work is rewarded with more responsibility and pressure to perform without financial incentives. When something goes wrong, the first instinct is to point fingers and fire individuals instead of taking a step back and understanding the overall factors that led to failure. Individual sucess is based on opinion and perception since there are no defined metrics to measure against. Training is non-existent, so it's a swim or sink environment.

    Advice to Management

Success is a collective effort that everyone plays a role in. Put more focus in recognizing that employees drive your success, not just your failures. Company culture and values should involve employee satisfaction not just accountability and performance.
