    Pros

Actually getting to know the workers and not forming cliques. This is a business, not a high school reunion. You are viewed by judgement and perception. If one doesn't like you, there is a long line of followers . Being a leader/manager is not to judge. There is something that everyone can do great at. You find their STRENGTHS instead of focusing on their WEAKNESSES, and I promise you that you'll see better results that benefit integracore. I wouldn't say that integracore itself is a bad company. It's honestly the management on the floor. I like to build others up, not tear them down. But if it works for them, who are us that see the exact same things and negative culture that is spreaded like a deadly virus or new form of cancer.

I worked at Integracore full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Integracore is a place where you can gain great experience as you wear many hats and learn different aspects of the business. The people are great and help each other with knowledge and development.

    Cons

Poor work life balance, high pressure and stress with little reward. Upper management has forgotten the value of its employees and is blind to how hard employees have to work to stay afloat among turmoil. Hard work is rewarded with more responsibility and pressure to perform without financial incentives. When something goes wrong, the first instinct is to point fingers and fire individuals instead of taking a step back and understanding the overall factors that led to failure. Individual sucess is based on opinion and perception since there are no defined metrics to measure against. Training is non-existent, so it's a swim or sink environment.

    Advice to Management

Success is a collective effort that everyone plays a role in. Put more focus in recognizing that employees drive your success, not just your failures. Company culture and values should involve employee satisfaction not just accountability and performance.

    Pros

Lot's of hours if you become on of the 'pets'.

    Cons

Leads/Supervisors regularly yelling that they need more production.
Adk them what the metric or petformance indicators are, and you'll have to wait until they ask at least one level of mgmt above them. Even when you meef or exceed the benchmark leads will threaten termination. All the while there will be workers on overtime meandering through production area being unproductive. Quite often this happens in plain sight of leads. Yet the leads will approached productive workers and threaten them for not producing enough.
New workers are put in production line and try to figure out what is expected after sending inferior pkg downstream, instead of being taught step by step the function of job.

    Advice to Management

Metrics should be well established, published and monitored.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Integracore full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people to work with and people really seem to want to help.

    Cons

The executive team is deaf to the needs of the employees. They promote a culture of nepotism/favorites and give little indication that they seem to care about anyone else other than profits. They released a new core values statement in an effort to help their conscious but have done little to show it themselves. There is little if any opportunities to move up as every is looking out for themselves and afraid for their own jobs.

    Advice to Management

Actually listen and talk with your employees instead of golfing and driving around in fancy cars. IntegraCore is a stepping stone company, not a place where someone wants to stay.

    Pros

Great company to work for Full-Time with great benefits.

    Cons

Not-so great company to work for if on Smart-Staffing. Heavy turnover and pay scale could be a little higher but this is common with almost all companies. Overall would recommend individual for employment for Integracore.

    Advice to Management

Do more to help keep team's more transparent.
