      Pros

      Integrity sells to Microsoft clients and MS is adding 800 a month. The leadership team empowers the team to do what they know is best. The business doesn't have a VC/PE board so there are no financial shenanigans.

      Cons

      Company is still moving very quickly, and of course change is hard.
