      Pros

      You will get a broad base of knowledge with lots of responsibility and client contact. You don't have to worry about micromanages and the staff is friendly yet professional.

      Cons

      Not a lot of con's. The office can get very busy and that makes it difficult at times to get answers but other than that no complaints.
