To those looking in, it woukd seem like a decent place to work.

Cons

Management is toxic. Experience is not necessary, for even director positions. Employer and fan safety is put below profit. Communication is horrible. HR has one of the largest departments and only cares about themselves.

New stadium, cool perks with tickets and events

Cons

Low pay, horrible work life balance, unqualified leadership, reports of sexual harassment ignored, high pressure to meet deadlines, micromanagement. HR is not interested in being helpful to any department but their own. Issued swept under the rug, and people pushed out. People burn out very quickly here
