      hybrid work schedule, vacations are almost always approved, management is very accommodating of appointments or emergencies, design process is always developing and improving

      Pay is low, management is disorganized and expects employees to largely manage themselves

      Toxic culture and management. Manager does not respect their employees. Everyone in this workplace is stressed and unfriendly. No job security. Workers at all levels can be fired with no notice. Low paid with no benefits. Do not trust job advertisement nor the managers.
