Pros
Intermx is a fast-paced and rapidly growing company. There is never a shortage of opportunities to learn new skills or complete new projects. The work environment is ideal for self-starters and those who enjoy tackling complex problems. The Intermx team is diverse and comes from varying fields of expertise. This creates a unique dynamic where different points of view and methods are implemented to create products. Cons
Not much. The workload can be significant at times, but I have always found support when needed. There are growing pains as with any start-up company, but as the company grows I have seen the owners work to alleviate these strains and implement policies to provide additional structure.
