"salary on time before 10th of every month till primary vendor pays you"-not sure what this means as we have not delayed or missed a payroll in 25 years. Don't understand what the issue about the documents is either- we do not make commitments that we cannot honor

    Advice to Management

Learn to run a company like pros not like a cheap grocery store. Respect the employees and offer benefits. Your current strategies and process will only make you survive but in the longer run you will build the repo that is going to make candidates runaway. So there goes your business.

We are upfront with salary and benefits. We have chosen an attorney who takes a conservative approach and that us helped us build a good track record since 1993

I worked at Interpro (Michigan) for less than a year

    Pros

They had the connections to get me a job where I wanted to work. The recruiter was very good and helped iron out the communications difficulties.

    Cons

Paperwork that I had completed was lost by their HR department and I was asked to complete it again. Payroll runs once a month which is very inconvenient for the employee. Communications between me and the company were poor.

    Advice to Management

HR paperwork should *NEVER* get lost. It makes the company look extremely unprofessional. Invest in a better payroll system that allows hours to be submitted and approved online. Increase the frequency of payroll to at least every other week and eliminate any glitches that delay the employee getting paid. Nothing will completely ruin your reputation faster than payroll glitches and delayed payments. Train office...
