Pros
Decent Pay for area (but not on par with competition), PTO is ok.
Cons
Management within the Operations department is horrible. They will fabricate stories, make false reports, cover up incidents and more. Safety is not a top priority, you will become an outcast should you decide to try and raise a concern. Want proof? Review their Lock Out/ Tag Out program and the last time is was actually used and documented within the maintenance system.

The company is a good old boy company, and violates basic safety policy. I worked for 4.months, and got fed up with schedule being manipulated for the benefit of 2 senior workers, and once I gave my noticed, was fired.
