      Pros

      Good learning opportunity for about 6 months maybe since everything is new for a fresher.

      Cons

      Literally no benefits. Compensation is below par and not even trying to be on par. No proper management and learning growth. Food provide by cafeteria is bad and also costly. Toxic culture. Not tech friendly. CTO is worthless. Not wfh benefits. Upper level management try to do micro management.

      Pros

      A good place for those seeking meaningful work. If you are an under performer or looking for politics, this is not a place. The pace of work is dynamic, and the journey to productisation is intricate. The team is incredibly supportive and the work environment offers flexibility. Although their preference is working from the office, I've had the option to work from home during monsoon or for personal matters. I've noticed that remote work is also granted, with approval. I had reservations about joining due to Glassdoor reviews, but my apprehensions were eased after a coffee meeting with the CTO at the office. The company has an inspiring vision that everyone is actively contributing to. I'm genuinely happy to be a part of JSW One.

      Lack of processes No training and certification policies Leaves are less Long working hours and employees are required to log their time in Darwinbox from 9:30 to 6:30.

      No pros as such . Prefer not to join in Tech and Product

      Cons

      Not a good culture company to join. Work pressure is too much Tech managers are worthless. Managers play too much politics. Food is worse.
